Refunds and exchanges:

We offer refunds on all of our non personalised products, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

All bespoke products are non returnable unless the goods are faulty or there has been an error on our part.  If you are unhappy with a product please inform us by telephone as soon as it arrives and we will deal with it immediately.
