• Online - Pay by debit or credit card using Paypal's secure payment system.  You don't need a Paypal account to use this method. 
   
• Telephone - I can take your order and card details over the phone.  Simply telephone me on 07766 646770.  (Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm)
   
• Post - Send details of your order, together with a cheque, made payable to Laura Windebank, to 16 Wallands Park Rise, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 1SE

Delivery

• Personalised Products:
  With the exception of the personalised quilted bedding, all personalised products will be despatched within 2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks for all quilted and patchwork products.
• Non-personalised Products:
  All non-personalised products will be despatched within 1 week.
• If you need an order more quickly, please do ring us, as we will always try and accommodate your needs.

Postage

• UK Delivery:
  There is a small charge for all orders up to £30.  Orders over this amount are delivered free of charge.  All orders are sent by 1st class recorded post or by Fastway Courier Service.  Both will require a signature.
• Overseas Delivery:
  We accept orders for international delivery.  Postage will be charged at cost on a direct weight basis.  I will email you with the cost once I receive your order.  Or please contact me if you would like further details.
